At Fabriano, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, you can exchange sizes within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the products are unused and all tags are intact. Note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number, and our exchange policy will then apply.
